I went into Celine on Madison Ave with my 2 month old newly purchased Trio, and told them that the glue on the strap was cracking already, they told me it is considered normal . I wrote an email to Celine customer service yesterday about the broken strap of my Trio. I politely explained that this is a common problem and that I would like a refund or store credit rather than repair.
